Detroit, Portland, Gateway

Written by Frank Santoroski

June 8, 2022

Between Detroit, Portland and Gateway, the Drafting The Circuits panel look at a tremendously varied weekend of racing.

The Indycars ran for the final time in Belle Isle where differing strategies ruled the day in a caution-free race.

The Xfinity Series debuted in Portland in a race that was hampered by wet and rainy conditions.
In another first-time event, the NASCAR Cup series took to the track in Gateway, in the St. Louis area where they were treated to an enthusiastic full house.

Additional topics include exactly how windshield wipers work on a NASCAR racer, and a preview of the upcoming F1 race in Azerbaijan.

With Richard Youden, Luis Torres and Frank Santoroski.
